| As you will find out for yourself during your stay with us, cattle work today is still done much the same as it was done 100 years ago… on horseback. We have a guest riding string of about 40 American Quarter Horses. The ranch crew has nearly the same number in it’s cavvy. Most of the horses have been raised, broke, and trained on the job here on the 71 or on our sister ranch north of Elko, the cowboy famous Spanish Ranch. |
